All Products available on the Website are digital goods (activation keys) delivered electronically.
Orders may be cancelled and refunded provided that the Product has not yet been delivered or issued to the Customer.
Due to the digital nature of the Products, once a correct and functional Key has been successfully delivered, refunds are generally not provided, except in specific cases outlined below.
Refunds are not provided in situations where:
The Customer changes their mind.
The wrong product was selected.
The Customer’s system does not meet the minimum requirements of the Product.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and may issue a full refund under the following specific circumstances:
2.1. Incorrect Key Delivered:
If the Key You receive is for a different product than the one You ordered, You should contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. We will verify the error and may provide either the correct Key or a full refund.
2.2. Order Cancellation (Prior to Delivery):
You may request to cancel Your order and receive a full refund, provided the Key has not yet been delivered or issued to Your account. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
2.3. Non-Delivery or Fulfillment Failure: A refund may be issued if:

We fail to deliver the Key within the promised timeframe, and you no longer wish to wait.

3.3. Customized or Personalized Keys: Products that have been specifically configured or personalized for You are not eligible for a refund unless delivery fails.
